Mechanical Fork Stacking Machine for Steel Pipe

In the past, the mechanical fork type is the main stacking method for steel pipe stacking. It is also one of our main types. We have many project with this type and work well.

Brief introduction of machine movements

The steel pipes are picked up and counted one by one from the roller table, and then one end is aligned and moved to the waiting area

Stack the whole layer of steel pipes after counting into the lifting 

Remove the whole package of steel pipe from the palletizing station with the lifting carriage.

Auto strapping the steel pipe bundle

Package transfer, storage and weighing：

The whole bundle of steel pipes will be bound by the receiving and conveying roller table and removed from the binding position；

The weighing device is arranged between the gaps of the conveying roller table；The lifting is driven by hydraulic cylinder to jack up the whole package of steel pipe; The weighing sensor transmits the information to the printer, and the printer prints out the document；When the oil cylinder descends, the whole package of steel pipe falls to the traverse chain, and the N whole package of steel pipe is temporarily stored and then lifted by the crane
